Outdoor Learning & the Culinary Arts

The Emeril Lagasse Culinary Garden & Teaching Kitchen opened in March 2020.  It provides our students the opportunity to develop an understanding and passion for the art, science, and beauty behind the farm-to-table experience. This culinary garden and teaching kitchen is only the third of its kind in the United States and is made possible through a $500,000 grant awarded by the Emeril Lagasse Foundation to Cunningham Elementary, in partnership with PEAS Farm.
